Location can NOT be beat. The Street is Quiet and a short walk to Whole Foods on Kensington High Street. 2 large Bedrooms with Very Comfortable Beds. Yes the bathrooms are smaller but that is standard in England. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Even though we were there in a heat wave the apartment cooled off nicely at night
It didn't bother us at all, but If you have mobility issues the stairs down to the basement apartment May be a challenge.

The apartment was easy to find, really clear instructions from our host Vincenzo. It was clean and bright, big comfy beds and everything we needed from the kitchen. Really close to a tube station and great price.
We found the apartment very warm but after contacting Vincenzo he says he'll update the welcome pack for future guests with more instructions.

Great location and very spacious. Vincenzo was very helpful in adjusting the heating temperature.
Access stairs a bit steep and narrow in the rain. Bathroom sinks very small to wash face / brush teeth in.

Location was superb...5 minutes to Kensington High Street and the Underground. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Induction stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer were a bonus.
The bathrooms were a joke...very small showers with no place to put anything except to precariously balance on the shower handle. Sinks were the size of a large cereal bowl, again with no storage or shelf space. Paint was peeling from walls and trim. Vinyl covering on the kitchen cabinets was peeling. Vinyl flooring was also peeling. Beds were not all that comfortable. This is a garden apartment (read that, basement) and the stairs are extremely steep and very treacherous when wet.
