I did appreciate the video sent prior for me to download so that i was familiar with building and how to proceed to the location and entry.

upon arrival a window was on the floor, startling at first but as the are older, and thankfully no one was in our closets, yup we checked. it was visible to see that if left up it was not secure in the track and fell out. I notified the owner and he indicated he would have maintenance come and fix. in the meantime I was the one who put it place and secured the locking of the window for the night. We noted the night only one side table lamp in one of the rooms & it did not work, notified owner of that as well. We note some TLC in kitchen with cupboards drawers needing a good glue to hold the corners up.

Quiet. Very close to High Street Kensington. Location gorgeous.

Shabby. Curtain in living room won’t open or close. Sofabed filthy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Needs an upgrade. Wifi plug broken, told that someone would come and fix it but after 6 days no one came.
