Prime Apartments Gloucester Road

It’s in great neighbourhood, and the apartment is exactly like how the photos are shown. We had issues switching on the washing machine, and Greg was very helpful guiding thru a call and ended up making an effort to come and fix it. We really appreciate the extra miles.

Nothing

It had all the amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. No A/C but there are fans - although they could use a clean and one did not work at all. Absolutely loved the location as less than 2 blocks away from the underground station which gives you access to everywhere.

It was difficult to initially find the place as we had no internet upon arrival and therefore could not access the internet/email that gave us the exact address and door code. It would have been beneficial to have someone waiting to greet us in a situation like this - as we knew the exact area but not the building number. I was also surprised that there were no bins for recycling. It would have been nice to at least have a bin for plastic bottles. Also the window only opens a couple of inches. It would be nice to be able to open it fully while in the apartment but locking it at night so you can still have fresh air but nothing can get in.

The location was incredible! Close to tubes and attractions. The property was easy to find and check in/out was simple. Clear instructions given for everything. Kitchen facilities great. The property was clean and nicely organised.

There is a lot of noise outside as the flat window faced a little hotel side street where there are bins cleared and laundry moved around, but it's usually later morning so didn't bother me too much. It definitely could do with a long mirror somewhere other than the one mirror over the bathroom sink.

The location

Sofa bed was outrageously uncomfortable at least should’ve had a thick mattress topper. Bath looks dirty because of not being well kept and water pressure could be better with a handheld hose.
