2 BDR plus Spacious Lounge Executive Delightful Apartments at Desirable Locations in Kensington and Chelsea by Ricky & Giustina Collection - W8 SW3 SW5 SW7 SW10 - Fully equipped and perfect for long stays

The master bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable, tv in bedroom and living room, kitchen was well stocked with condiments, fruit, eggs etc which was really good, cold water in fridge. Buses were only a block away.

I thought I had booked a ground floor property but there were 27 steps up to front door and another 3 staircases within the property which at 76 with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement I found very challenging. The cleaner carried my bags up for me and when I checked out he came and carried my suitcase down for me, I don’t know how I would have managed otherwise.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the communication was excellent at all times from the moment we made the booking. The apartment is full of thoughtful little details that make your stay really comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

The location of the apartment was great. The buses were very close and the tube stations were a short walk. Restaurants and convience stores very close. Our hosts left us some items to eat and drink which was very nice until we got to know the area. The neighborhood was very nice and was quiet in the evenings. I was truly happy with the accomodations.

Kensington and Chelsea is beautiful, despite the location only being revealed 48 hours before we arrived, but more detail on that below... The flat is the top two floors of a gorgeous old Kensington building. It has a huge top floor bedroom and en suite, with a further shower room, second very quiet back bedroom and a large kitchen and large lounge. Great washer dryer. Flat, at 3 Callow Street, is just off Fulham Road which is packed with restaurants and pubs. Ten minutes walk to Brompton Cemetery and even closer to the Chelsea and Westminster hospital.

Do not be fooled by the located listed as being Braham Gardens! In the time between me booking and us staying, the name of the property changed a couple of times, most notably when a string of postcodes appeared in it which were not there when I booked. I have the initial confirmation email with the original postcode-less name if they want to dispute this. 48 hours before check in, I was sent the ACTUAL location, which is 3 Callow Street. Bramham Gardens was chosen as it is about 5 minutes' walk to a tube station, whereas Callow Street is more like 18. I had planned our itinerary around being close to Earls Court tube station and we were nowhere near. I was travelling with a 9 and a 12 year old, who didn't want to walk 18 minutes to and from a tube station every day we wanted to travel somewhere. So every day we paid almost £10 for an uber at the start of the day and an uber at the end, or it was a tiring walk for kids twice a day. These costs really added up. I pointed this out to the hosts who told me that 'as outlined in the listing', Ricky and Giustina Collection is 'a selection of individual apartments' and that 'each apartment is presented separately with its own photos (true), description (true) and location details (not true)'. I don't know what else to say about this other than if you are interested in staying, check the location otherwise you might be somewhere you didn't expect. On top of that issue, the TV, at least the lounge one, did not connect to the internet. So we watched some terrestrial TV. There were quite limited kitchen utensils; there was nothing spatula-like with which to stir things in non stick pans, so we had to improvise with a spaghetti server. There were no sharp kitchen/chef's knives.
