Great room, really clean & quiet. Staff were really friendly too
Turned up at the wrong building, address was unclear but it did say on the message they sent. You just had to read it carefully

The flat was very clean, featuring a comfortable bed, clean toilets, and no musty smell. The self check-in and check-out were seamless, the lift worked, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Safe basement flat due to the strong metal window railings. It also offered excellent amenities: fast Wi-Fi, good power outlets, functional heating/AC, hot water, and a kitchen with a mini-fridge and utensils. Plus, it is in a quiet, walkable area near a mini Tesco.
It is a bit of a walk to the Tube, taking about a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, the cleaning lady didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult for storing luggage before/after and there was no front desk on site. Also the property felt really expensive for what it was worth.

It was in a lovely location, it was very clean and modern. Nice extras such as tea and coffee in the kitchen drawer. Awesome shower!
It is on a very busy road. Windows need to be kept open as it gets hot in the apartment but the road noise is fairly loud. There is no full length mirror, just one mirror in the bathroom which doesn’t help with two ladies trying to get ready to go out :)

Location
I wanted to leave a bit later, at 1pm, but for 2 hours extension they demanded 60 pounds!! This is ridiculous, as if you go the restaurant to have a good meal for 3, you will pay the same money! These guys are super greedy and not customer oriented!
The kitchen cupboards are extremely high, so if you are short reaching a cup requires acrobatics skills, invention, or help of another person.
Oh.. and they sent me a whole info regarding another customer, so maybe my info was leaked somewhere too.
