Location is good and accessible to bus and metro

Furniture was old and damaged. Kitchen cabinets were broken and nailed shut. Fridge not working properly, food left inside. Coffee machine dirty with left over water. Toilet has broken flush button, broken shower head, barely any water coming out. Bed springs poked my back while I slept.
