Kensington I Your Apartment

Lovely location, apartment was tastefully decorated, everything appeared new and clean. Whilst small they have made the best use of space.

On the 3rd floor with no lift- not great due to ankle injury. Room was way too hot and it wasn’t an overly hot day. No air con, there was a huge desk fan but it was too big and too noisy to run overnight. I didn’t sleep well as a result.

Good Kensington location near Gloucester Road tube and a gym. Small but cosy apartment for one person, has everything you need.

I don't love the digital key/code app, and find the touch sensitive keypad to unlock the door unhelpful.

Nice location

There was no proper AC in the room

We loved the location of the property as it was not a far walk from Central London. The surrounding areas were very lively and felt safe, with nice shops, restaurants and things to see. Visually, the street which this property is situated in, is stunning.

We didn’t like that we were situated in the lower ground floor room which was quite hard to lug our bags up and down the very narrow staircase. We were almost deceived with how different our specific room looked to the photos. It was overly small and almost inhabitable even for only two people. There was nowhere to store our two normal sized suitcases unless we wanted to unfold them when needed to be used. The lack of air circulation throughout the room affected us a lot. A floor fan and one window was not enough to keep us cool even in the mid-twenties temperatures, and the smoke alarm just outside the room was constantly beeping. These two things, excessive heat and external noise; together caused us to have little to no sleep during our stay.
