Kensington I Your Apartment

Overall, I had a great stay at this apartment for 13 days, and I would happily recommend it. My review below reflects my personal experience honestly. Pros: * Honestly, the apartment exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, including high-quality cookware and even a Nespresso machine. * The apartment was clean, tidy, and offered excellent value for money compared to many other places in the area. * Being on the fourth floor provided excellent privacy, and the surrounding trees prevented anyone from looking into the apartment. * The host was very helpful and responded very quickly via WhatsApp whenever I had questions. Responses through Booking.com were slower, usually taking one or two days, but they always replied.

Cons: * The apartment was excellent overall, but it really lacked air conditioning. During the heatwave, the apartment became quite hot which affected my sleep and caused me to wake up several times. I understand that many apartments in London don’t have air conditioning, and the hosts did provide a fan, but with the unusually hot weather, I genuinely believe air conditioning would make a huge difference. * The fan itself needed cleaning, especially inside, as it had accumulated dust and tended to blow it around the room. * There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the fourth floor. The staircase is quite narrow, so carrying luggage up and down can be challenging. Guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage should keep this in mind before booking.

I stayed at Room 18, which has an amazing view to the garden. Overall room structure was nice enough to stay for a few days. There were all necessart equipments at the room.

No A/C The toom was extremely hot during our stay and we could not sleep well because of hot temperature. There was a fan at room but it was so noisy and you cannot sleep when it works. On our last night, next room was knocked to the wall because they think we are so noisy. However we were really not noisy, just the wall was so slim.

The room was well presented minimal but has everything you needed.

The bathroom was fine. It’s very small but I guess what you expect considering the size of the room. It did look bigger online but was okay. Lack of aircon I think is the downfall here. Unfortunately we did stay in 30 degrees so not the hotels fault. The fan provided was not very good.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. You can tell It's fresh. Comfortable beds. Overall good location, close to the underground.

The check in experience is the worst I've ever had, hence the low score. We received 2 different addresses to go to! Neither one was correct. The host was unreachable, so we had to contact Booking support. Support gave as a 3rd address!! Now imagine traveling back and forth between 3 different locations in London. With luggage!! The whole check in took around 4 hours.
