The location nearby bus stop and earl's court station for Piccadily line (easy access from/to heathrow) and District line.
Easy to check in/ out, clear instruction provided for the household usage. And for us, love the rooms which are nice and warm.

It is a really great location where both the Piccadilly Line and the District Line stop. The accommodation is also within a 5-minute walk from the metro station, Earl's Court.
The noise from the floor above is so severe that I haven't been able to sleep well for even a single day. I can hear everything from people walking upstairs and dragging bags, and even the sounds of people talking outside are so loud that it is very uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils also feel unclean because they are heavily coated with limescale.
If I travel to London again, I don't think I would book this accommodation.
