The check in and check out process was easy and the room was nice enough
No AC available and I was not allowed to open the doors to the balcony to let air in.

Staff very helpful and very friendly - information relating to the apartment was on a QR code only however we couldnt access the wifi code because we couldnt access the QR code... the wifi code needs to be somehwere obvious to then allow access to the QR Code... my signal was poor so we never managed to access the QR code.
Windows looking on to a wall, no outside space visible, no street view, no garden view, no external views - If I had seen this on the reviews or detailed in the information - We would not have booked... we could only see a wall from each window... very different to the views and the rooms demonstrated on the booking.com platform - our room was smaller and significantly more claustrophobic - will not return if at risk of having a similar experience

Great location very close to Earl's Court tube station in renovated building elegantly decorated with a lift. They kept our luggage after checkout
No heating nor hot water during our stay in the coldest weekend of the year with below cero temperatures outside. A plumber was sent to fix it, but the situation persisted. Apparently it was not only our apartment, but a few others had the same problem. We got a huge portable radiator in our already very tiny space not really suitable for 3 people. It would barely be enough for 2, so the radiator made it even more cumbersome, and although it made it cosier, it implied leaving the bedroom door open at night, so no privacy. No plug near the bed in the bedroom; there was a lamp on the bedside table, but nowhere to plug it. No smaller lights in bedroom or sitting room, only the big bright ceiling lights. We had to wait to check in because there was no one at reception, which made us rush to get to our booked activities on time. If you sit at the table, you can feel the cold coming from the closed window.
