Great location, very close to the tube station, shops and restaurants.. clean hotel, spotless clean bathroom… as a solo traveling woman, I felt safe in the hotel and in the surroundings.. 15 mins walk to South Kensington high street.. stayed for the third time here

The property is in a very good location for transport and attractions. It is very clean with a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen area. The staff are very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in and we could store our luggage after check out. I will definitely return!

Great location very close to Earl's Court tube station in renovated building elegantly decorated with a lift. They kept our luggage after checkout

No heating nor hot water during our stay in the coldest weekend of the year with below cero temperatures outside. A plumber was sent to fix it, but the situation persisted. Apparently it was not only our apartment, but a few others had the same problem. We got a huge portable radiator in our already very tiny space not really suitable for 3 people. It would barely be enough for 2, so the radiator made it even more cumbersome, and although it made it cosier, it implied leaving the bedroom door open at night, so no privacy. No plug near the bed in the bedroom; there was a lamp on the bedside table, but nowhere to plug it. No smaller lights in bedroom or sitting room, only the big bright ceiling lights. We had to wait to check in because there was no one at reception, which made us rush to get to our booked activities on time. If you sit at the table, you can feel the cold coming from the closed window.
