The location is excellent - one block from Earl's Court tube station which connects two lines that can take you almost everywhere in London. Though we had a kitchenette, which is a great plus, we hardly used it as there is a M@S Food near the tube station where you can buy soups (my preference), salads, sandwiches, fruit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and responsive. There is free laundry in the hotel which is a great bonus for travelers who stay for a week.
Lack of storage and hooks. It would be nice if the hotel could provide a luggage rack, door hooks in the room and the bathroom, a bench. Other than that we had a very nice experience in the hotel.
