It was unusually warm in London and therefore rooms were little warmer than expected

Communication with property was prompt. Good kitchen and size of studio apartment. Location close to Gloucester Road tube station.
Bathroom was in the space underneath stairs so quite small. When door was closed in bathroom knees were almost touching the door when sitting on the toilet. Bathroom sink blocked but property was quick to fix when notified. No air conditioning and little air in apartment. Frosted window in kitchen opened a few centimetres and window in lounge opened a little onto skylight from apartment below.

Location & Size
Wifi Very Intermittent which also Affected the Tv. Notified Nestor of Issue & reply was What Do You Want Us To Do 😡 Also asked for a Non Slip Bath Matt for the Bath & was Informed we only have Bath Floor Mat supplied. Noise from Apartment above was Ridiculous at ALL Hours of the Day AND Night. Would We Stay There Again DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!!
