2Bed Kensington Stay - 5min Walk to Gloucester Transit

Location and apartment was perfect for our use and close to places of interest. The reception and security was good. Very close to Gloucester rd tube station and Sainsbury departmental store

The lift towards the apartment side wasn’t working so we had to use the other lift and it was a long walk to the apartment after getting a floor down. The balcony door wasn’t working properly. We expected it to be a service apartment which it wasn’t. The check out time was very rigid and we had to vacate 10 hrs before our flight time

It was in a nice and safe location. Close to the museums and Glouster tube station 5 min walk away. It was an excellent size, 2 bed and 2 bath. I appreciated the combo washer and dryer. Nice lobby to use as needed. Good storage and lots of room to spread out in living room with nice size kitchen,

It is a very large apartment complex. Beware the elevator in west wing is closed so if you have trouble walking far or carrying luggage up and down the stairs, it may not work well for you. You pick up the keys at a shop nearby. The beds were ok, not the best and the pillows are lumpy. There is a train track near, and you can hear it, but I always bring a noise rain maker to help silence. They don't give enough towels for our 6-night stay.
