I really liked the location. It felt like a safe residential area and was only about a two minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient. I also really liked the size of the property. It felt spacious and comfortable, especially compared with many accommodations you typically find in London.

The biggest issue was cleanliness. The floors were extremely dirty, to the point that we could not walk around wearing socks without them getting very dirty. Overall, the property did not feel as clean as I expected. There were also no top sheets on the beds, so the only option was to sleep directly under the duvet. Since it was very warm during our stay, the duvet was too hot and there was no lighter option. There is also a loose bathroom drawer that comes completely out when opened. This felt unsafe, especially with young children in the property, and should definitely be repaired.

Location and property was well heated.

The pictures online are different to real life. The flat is tired and not very clean. Sticky floors, dirty bathrooms with broken shower heads where water comes out of the pipes and no locks working on bathroom doors. Terrible experience obtaining keys to get into the property, pressure to collect before a certain time but couldn’t do as at a show, which they knew so sent us to a restaurant 15 mins drive away from the property (they told us 6 mins drive!) The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher that don’t work but when this was raised with owner I was I formed “yes but they aren’t listed” - an air fryer was provided instead.
