Location was excellent. Close to underground station, amenities (supermarkets, bars, laundries)
You could walk to some tourist attractions from the location (Parks, Museum, V&A)
Access. Difficult with large suitcases. Very narrow staircase.
No service during our stay (11 nights) and no equipment to allow cleaning (other than sponge for dishes)

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 3mn à pieds de la station de métro. Il est très bien équipé, ça a été un vrai plus dans notre séjour à Londres. L’arrivée en autonomie est simple, très bien guidée. Le quartier est agréable, vivant, avec beaucoup de restaurants, de pubs et de petits supermarchés. Notre appartement donnait à l’arrière et était très calme, la literie confortable, c’était parfait pour reprendre des forces et visiter Londres sereinement.

Ottima vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici/metro (in meno di 20 minuti arrivi in pieno centro). Vicinanza a supermercato e farmacia, ottimi pub e ristoranti. Nel complesso ottimo quartiere in cui soggiornare: tranquillo e poco rumoroso di notte. La stanza presentava un letto comodissimo e asciugamani puliti. Parco di Holland molto vicino e meritevole.
La struttura era nel complesso poco pulita. Nella stanza (nonostante fosse segnalata come appartamento) mancava un tavolo su cui poter mangiare/sedie. Le stoviglie erano sporche e il sapone piatti era sostituito da sapone mani. Il letto non era presumibilmente cambiato, le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie di cibo (tra cui un chicco di riso attaccato al piumino).
