La posizione dell'appartamento è semplicemente perfetta siete letteralmente sopra la stazione metro. La strada su cui si affaccia l'appartamento è ricca di ristoranti di ogni tipo che dà quindi la possibilità di mangiare ogni sera qualcosa di diverso. Stanza matrimoniale grande e salotto con divano letto non comodissimo ma perfetto per bambini o giovani cucina attrezzata per qualsiasi necessità.
Il divano letto può risultare molto scomodo per adulti o persone abituate a materassi morbidi. Pulizia accettabile.

Apartamento simpático, com proximidade ao metro, supermercados e restaurantes.
O sofá da sala não permite que duas pessoas durmam com o mínimo conforto. A sala dá para uma rua principal sendo impossível dormir com o barulho da rua (trânsito e camionetas a abastecer lojas de madrugada).
