The apartment location in the South Kensington area worked well for us because of it’s proximity to the Earls Court Underground Station. The apartment was quiet and its high ceilings, separate bedroom, and nicely equipped kitchen made for a pleasant nine day stay. The staff was responsive and provided a mid-
Stay room refresher. There were a couple of grocery stores nearby.
If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you. There is a flight of steps up to the front door and then more stairs to the apartment. The tub/shower did not have a grab bar. Staff did supply a non slip mat for the shower when requested . There was a full size bed.

Goede ligging. Fijn praktisch appartement voorzien van voldoende keukenspullen, stopcontacten. Twee badkamers, dus 2 toiletten, heel makkelijk. Leuk terras! Aanrader bij mooi weer.
Jammer genoeg was het appartement niet proper. Toilet en bedden waren proper, maar onder de toiletten, de spiegels, de vensters… waren vuil. Onder het sofabed lijkt al lang niet gepoetst te zijn. Een douchekop kon je niet vastzetten, niet praktisch om heel de tijd vast te houden in een kleine douche.
Verwarming badkamers best toedraaien ‘s nachts, heel gehorig.
We misten in de badkamer een schapje, om toiletspullen op te zetten.
In de keukenkast lagen nog de vuile gebruikte handdoek, vod en spons van de vorige gasten. We vonden wel propere in de kast in de gang op het gelijkvloers.

The flat was not cleaned to a good standard, the towels are very bad quality, the bed is old and could use an upgrade

Location was good. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to shops and tube station. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Thorough instructions given on appliances etc. Quick response from host.
I missed the finer details of this property. Didn’t realise that we’d have to lug our 20kg suitcases up 4 flights of stairs to our apartment. Maybe obvious to others who had stayed in apartments before.
Appreciated the hangers and drying rack, but generally the place was way smaller than expected. No where to leave our suitcases that wasn’t in the way or having to step over, especially in the bedroom.
The shower isn’t a great design, water went everywhere, no matter how careful we were, left the floor really slippery every time we used it.
So the former we could deal with, but the worst bit was the upstairs occupants. The noise from them walking (or stomping) around each morning from about 5am onwards was unbearable. Even noise cancelling headphones couldn’t block them out and let me sleep.
