Cove Huntingdon House

Lovely flat in a great location & incredibly peaceful for a ground floor flat.

The communication was awful. I was aware it was a self check in process, but no information was provided. No one responded to any text, phone call, email, or contact through Booking.com. Luckily, I read an old review which indicated you needed to go to the hotel next door to check in, but this is never told to you and I would otherwise have been stuck outside the flat at check-in on the phone with booking.com customer services for hours.

Things we liked 1. Location 2. Staff on the front desk Things that need attention- 1. Hot water takes forever both in kitchen and shower. Wastes a lot of water. Shower rose doesn’t fit in socket. 2. It is very dark 3. Need full length mirror 4. The only one small knife in the unit broke on the first day. We brought it to ember Locke and they said they would replace it, but it never turned up. 5. Got sent a message saying they would be for HK the next day but they didn’t turn up. I messaged them when I got home and they said they forgot. 6. TV is very small. We moved the couch closer and discovered a forest of fluff 7. Its very hot. None of the 5 windows worked.
