The property was exceptionally clean, well-organised, and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The apartment compact but very practical, with a fridge, microwave, kitchenette, plates, cutlery, and all the essentials provided. The bedding was spotless and everything felt fresh and well maintained.
The location is absolutely fantastic — just two minutes from Whole Foods, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment nearby. Hyde Park is within easy reach, making it a perfect base for exploring London.
The staff and management were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even assisted me with my suitcase, which I really appreciated. I felt genuinely welcome and at home throughout my stay.

Overall very good experience.
Really good location you can see Hyde park from the windows and the location is in the middle of everything .
Lots of restaurants and shops nearby .

La ubicación y el personal.
La estancia que era de dos alturas. El colchón de la cama era muy malo. Con el termo del agua había que tener mucho cuidado ya que te podías quemar. En general el establecimiento le faltaba un poco de cariño.
