綺麗でアメニティも揃っている。 水道の出が良い。広くておしゃれ。オーナーも優しく良い人。 駅から近く、スーパーも近いので便利。
道路から丸見えなので寝室は一日中カーテンを開けられない。玄関からコバエや蚊が入ってくる。

位置非常优越，门口就是公交车站，附近300米就是Ears Court地铁站，出门右转200米就是Tesco express超市。距离伦敦自然史博物馆1.5公里，肯辛顿宫2.5公里，伦敦帝国理工学院2公里。房源面积比较大，4人暂租不紧迫。好像近期简单装钸了一下。免费停车有车库，在屋后的小巷里，很方便。厨房设备齐全。房东回复及时。价格够便宜。
该房源上线后我们是第一个入住的，很多情况并不了解，看不到其他租户的评价，房东的介绍也有遗漏，比如该房源位于地下室，另外主卧靠近主干道Warwick Road，马路噪音比较大，特别是深夜偶尔有骑摩托车飚车的。另外可能在我们入住前清洁工没有认真搞好卫生，导致主卧室有很多飞虫。
