location was great!! easy to move around, supermarkets nearby! . check in instruction was very clear. of course property was clean and comfortable to stay
kitchenett was provided but hope to have a bit more, very basic kultery was provided but small knife (for fruits), could have been good (and hot stove, but not major complain)

Second time staying with kula kensington. Staff are prompt with anything you need. It's bice and quiet. Great location withe the tive atation and high street a 5 min walk away
Upon checking out. I had to pay to hold my luggage in a locker that's ran by a 3rd party company ( a bit like a amazon locker) . Extra safety sure and im sure sone would prefer that.. Previously it had been free. It cost around £8 for 6 hours. Not terrible bit wasn't something i was expecting. Other than that couldnt kula kensington. Wish there was some sort of loyalty card/ points system lol

There were issues getting into the hotel and then into our property The beds were not ready The fridge did not work There was only 1 cup There was no TV remote
