Lokalizacja. Blisko stacja metra, sklep M&S, miejsca gdzie można zjeść śniadanie.
Położenie pokoju- w piwnicy. Nie działająca lodówka. Mimo zgłoszenia faktu zepsutej lodówki sprawa nie została rozwiązana. Personel przez dwa dni wpadał do pokoju, wyłączał i włączał lodówkę. To jednak nie naprawiło lodówki w której było cieplej niż pokoju. To jest problem - jeśli masz ze soba leki, które muszą być trzymane w lodówce albo kupisz sobie jogurt na śniadanie.
