Spacious Centrally Located One Bed

The apartment enjoys a good location, close to underground stations and bus stops to the central areas of London. The apartment has everything we need and the staff is responsive for help and nice.

The freezer didn't work very well due to the loose door. But the fridge works fine.

The location was perfect, the host was amazing and I would 100% book again

La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino a due stazioni della metro (West Kensington e Baron's Court), il quartiere è tranquillo, si trova un supermercato a meno di dieci minuti di cammino, la casa, anche se piccola, è carina

La tazza del water non si teneva in piedi per cui bisognava per forza sedersi, bisognerebbe migliorare l'attenzione al cliente (non ho trovato la carta igienica, c'era solamente una coperta, nel bagno non c'è una presa di corrente)

Loved the location and the fact there was a bedroom and separate living room. Was overall decent value for money for the location. The main bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Nice to have everything needed in kitchen in terms of plates and cutlery, etc. and use of fridge.

The spare fold-out bed was very uncomfortable. The door on the landing to outside did not lock. The heating/hot water was not working when we first arrived and it took my husband's know-how to fix it on the boiler. The place was relatively clean, but not super clean - floor felt a bit dirty in particular. The decor is a bit old and dated, and the place could do with a general freshen up. There were electrical cables/plugs hanging in the kitchen near the fridge that looked like they shouldn't be there. The bathroom was on the small side and it was a pain having to set the temperature through the boiler temperature. Because of the length of the curtains in the living room we could not close the curtains fully at night without blocking the radiator (heat) for the room.
