The room had everything I needed. The built in small kitchen area was very useful for my needs. Great location right next to tube station. Had everything on the high street local pub restaurants shops . Great value for money.

the room was convenient, clean and cosy. The kettle was a surprise that we enjoyed.
Having to collect the keys in the rain and also returning it in the rain two buildings away rather than the advertised address did not make sense. Also the stairs were never advertised. 5 flights up with heavy bags was almost impossible.
