Excellent location. Light and airy with a roof top terrace. Comfortable, well appointed and clean.
Five flights of stairs, which is challenging for heavy luggage or bad knees. The apartment is a bit cluttered. One bedroom has a screened off corner filled with private possessions. Some maintenance issues with kitchen cupboards and door handles, including on to the terrace.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla stazione della metro di Earl’s Court, negozi e supermercati.
Casa pulita, ben arredata e con molte comodità come la lavatrice o il microonde. Bellissimo il balcone che permette momenti di relax.
Attenzione alle scale per chi ha una mobilità limitata, si trova al terzo piano. I serramenti sarebbero da rifare e, se anche nei prossimi anni le estati saranno così calde, sarebbe da condizionare.

The apartment was exactly as described, so close to Earls court station and other amenities such as a bakery, a supermarket and restaurants.
The weather allowed us to enjoy the terrace which was offering a peace and quiet place to relax after a day of walking for sightseeing !
The bedrooms overlook a busy street which is not such a big deal when you have your visit schedule to follow ...

这套房屋是很漂亮的房屋，位于顶楼爬 4 层楼梯，出门右手边就是 Earls court 地铁站。
阳台有桌椅，天气好的时候，适合坐在外面吹风。阳台被植物环绕，屋主是有精心维护的。
房间内布置的也很温馨，天热的时候有两台小风扇可以用。
房屋硬件比较旧，楼下是酒吧，遇到球赛晚上会比较吵闹，除此之外房屋设施都很齐全。
1. 周五入住时热水器已损坏，11 小时飞行后无法洗澡。房东沟通回复慢，且平台限制发图，导致沟通效率更低。我们被迫用整个周六等待维修，浪费了一整天的行程，旅行体验严重受影响，也没有任何补偿或赔偿。
2. 床尺寸信息不准确，入住前我们特意询问大床是否1.8米宽，房东答复“房间很大”。实际发现所谓“extra-large double bed”仅约1.4米宽，我们不得不使用沙发床。既然我提前问了，说明尺寸对我很重要，房东没有如实告知且后续内涵。
3. 入住时发现床品有黄色污渍，经沟通后才更换。我们全程保持整洁，换鞋、擦桌、洗碗、扔垃圾，并支付了整整100英镑清洁费，仅因沙发床未整理，却收到房东私信谴责“very messy”评价，租房体验很差。
