A delightful stay!
We liked everything about the house and found it very comfortable. Its location in Sandsend was perfect for us. As we had 4 children with us the provision of games was a plus.
The key/lock to the porch door was a problem

Nice location.wrong house
Not cleaned very well- dirty windows sill/frames. Drawers had rubbish still in them. Very tired house. Needs an update - no essentials - foil/cleaning materials- cloths - self catering and. Nothing to keep the place clean or clean before use. No wood for fire as promised - bins full from last visitor and over flowing

beautiful location but the overall cleanliness of the house and maintenance let the stay down.
location fabulous and wonderful view . Near to great pub n restaurant. great beach spot
Dirty in places . settee stained. Tv connection loose. Fore starter pack very poor one log ! on arrival no heating . Boiler insufficient. main shower room no hot water. untidy entrance.
