Mark ( proprietor)picked me up from the inversnaid hotel to the Bunkhouse.. very good customer engagement. Sean& Caitlin who work there made sure my accommodation was to my liking and ensured I was able to get a pack lunch as I was leaving early in the morning. A very decent place to spend the night on the West Highland Way.
Right on the west highland way and the train station
    Bathrooms were a little rough.

    Cosy pods and lovely staff
The people working there were brilliant and very friendly. The Pod was very comfy and cosy, the addition of the tv was great too. Everything was very clean.
The Internet was very inconsistent but probably to be expected. ,

Great wee pod on great wee site
Great location. POD is Very cosy & comfy. We were doing WHW & this particular day we were soaked through, & there was a fabulous block with drying room for our gear, & good hot showers.

    Location and ease of access
Didn't know we were supposed to bring our own bedding or pay additional fee. Didn't get specific information about this before arriving.

Great place to stay during the WHW
Nice pod with two mattresses, a microwave and a fridge. Bring your own sleeping bag. We went on hot days (despite being early April) and didn’t need heating (although available). There is a big kitchen in the area for more serious cooking, for those who want more than noodles. Nice staff. Quiet location. Easy to find. The reception has a small market with limited supplies.
Shower was an issue for me. It’s one of those with push valve. No problem, except that the one I used lasted 3 seconds. Holding it down also cuts the flow. So, I spent my shower pumping that thing continuously. Annoying, but hey, hot water for a hiker, pure luxury :-)

Lovely camping in a beautiful spot
We decided to sleep in the pod, with the shared bathroom. Nice and comfortable accommodation with two beds, but it is a pity that neither in the ad on booking, nor in the messages I had with the structure after booking, it was specified that there were no blankets and pillows. We had to rent them for £6 each, and it's okay, if only it was reported.. I add that even at the check-in at reception it was not specified, but we were only asked for towels, and when we went to ask for blankets, the girl at the reception answered us very badly. So I recommend the structure in half, because the place is enchanting but the organization and staff need to be reviewed.

    Excellent
A great little pod and perfect location for doing the WHW. Exactly what we needed after 20 miles walking and it was spacious enough to fit our suitcase too. Looking to come back and stay again. Good hot showers too!
