Lovely 😀

Beech Chalet is in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains. 15 minutes from Glencoe Ski Centre, should snow ever fall. Magnificent views, beautifully clean and well appointed throughout, really impressed by the lodge, so comfy! Nice balcony by the river too. Very toasty with central heating and a nice fire. Lovely chilled evenings Parking next to the lodge, is good. Kitchen well stocked with all essential tools and all spotless. We had a great time, thank you.

Wish the on site pub was open a bit more, but, Covid etc lol! Ancient SCART lead on the TV meant we had to turn the volume up to 95 to hear DVDs, and the fridge may be a bit past it’s prime, but the freezer section worked fine.

Great location for exploring the Highlands

The Chalet was very warm, (when the heating was on) and comfortable. The location of the Clachaig Inn is just outside Glencoe village, an ideal place for walkers to explore the surrounding hills. Even during the Covid crisis, the chalet was well equipped with only the normal books, games, dvds being removed. There were several issues with the cottage, but nothing major enough to warrant complaining about. We informed the owners of these points when leaving and they apologised, thanked us for bringing them to their attention and said they would rectify them straight away.
