Restful and enjoyable.

Very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Interesting location close to the beach and the dunes which give Dunkirk its name.

Ideal location for a first/ last night to UK

Fantastic location minutes from the long beach, plenty of safe parking on spaces just off of the road. Very good safe area. Fab room. Around 25 minutes walk along the sea front to a range of restaurants and bars.

Nothing, but the breakfast was a bit limited, a few pastries, jam, boiled eggs. But very nice service.

Disappointing

Not at all happy with this stay. We were met by a lovely lady and told our room had no en-suite which I wasn’t happy with, we were then offered a different room but had to pay €20 more. Which I paid and wish I hadn’t. When I checked booking.com for that night a en-suite room was available and cheaper than we paid. The lady then left us so I couldn’t ask why we had paid extra €20. We were the only ones in the hotel all night. No other guests or staff. In the morning we were greeted by a French lady who spoke very little English so I couldn’t ask about the extra fee. We helped ourselves to breakfast

A little gem

Excellent location. Very quiet area of Dunkirk. 35 mn walk from all restaurants on the sea front. Free buses offered by Dunkirk. A la Villa Perroy, accommodation is amazing. Very calm and quiet. Beautiful breakfast. Friendly staff. Will definately go back.

Very pleasant family environment. Interesting house. Maybe slightly confusing at self check in. Very good breakfast, the owner was helpful and nice, unfortunately there was a language barrier as she did not speak English.

We were very pleased we chose this accommodation, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic each morning. Being able to use the kitchen whilst there was great, such as using the corkscrew to open the bottle of wine and glasses.

Nicely decorated room in a large house located in a quiet area of Dunkirk. Typical simple French breakfast which could be taken outside on the terrace. Nice comfortable lounge area to relax in. Detailed entry instructions given.

the receptionist was nice and helpful but?

I m not happy at all as I couldn’t sleep as there was a knocking noise from heater radiator through out the night ( knock , knock, knock …….) that is after upgrading the room as the first room was without a toilet only bath area paid extra €20/- in cash . it was waste of money I have done the video of the knocking noise.
