MOST AMAZING VIEWS, AMENITIES AND FACILITIES ARE GREAT AND A GRACIOUS HOST

Everything! The apartment was fantastic... tastefully decorated, lots of reading and informative material, adequate linen, all kitchen facilities and amenities including a complimentary bottle of PROSECO. The views are stunning, specially the bedroom private lawn at the back. The host was kind, informative, available to help and not intrusive. Fantastic and well equipped bathrooms with amenities. It is the small touches that make this place amazing! THANK YOU

Watch our for a slightly steep climb up the stairs, specially if you have heavy baggage! But the more you climb, the better the veiw!

Overall the experience was great. Few things mentioned didnt spoiled our stay. It is a nice villa and we recommend it to

Amazing breathtaking views. We liked the house interior design.

The mattress in one of the room needs to be changed. Has hollows on the both sleeping areas. Also, would be nice to put window net frames for mosquitoes. There is no A/C and we couldn’t open any of the windows during the night. We gladly used the offered fan in the room.

Gorgeous location with friendly surrounding!

The views and the house were perfect for our family of 5. The owner was easy to get a hold of if you had questions and she was very nice and accommodating.

We can’t say anything bad about the property just know it’s a narrow winding road to the house but well worth the drive.

Wonderful Lake View.

Fantastic views all around with lovely outside seating area to appreciate it. Traditional Italian spacious apartment very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Great to have two bathrooms with a choice of both a shower or bath. So peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of much busier towns. Wonderful hosts so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Home Delo to family and friends.

Pillows were hard but that was the only fault in a wonderful apartment.

The apartment was fully eqquiped for a comfortable stay - including some food in the cupboard. The hosts' personal touch could be felt everywhere. The views from the rooms and balcony breathtaking. We highly reccomend staying here!

Nothing. Two important things to know - the climb from the main road takes around half an hour and so this apartment is great if you have a car. Also- There is no crib at the moment.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with nice interior decoration, one bath room one shower room with two bedroom which is super. Lots of sun due to it's location. Enjoy to sit outside to have winter sunbathing while having the lake and snow mountain in front of you. Private parking place.

Location, the house and specially the owner,Michela who helped me in all my doubts. The views for each windows of the house are stunning, the house is full equiped. Probably the best house I've never stayed in all my travels to Italy. Surely I choose again for my coming travels to Italy and mountain valleys and lakes for enjoy. The house is better more beautiful than you can see in photos.

Superb, excellent, would stay again when in the area

Excellent apartment, astonishing view. Super comfy apartment. The welcome package is outstanding, we got drinks and sweets. Spacious, sparkling clean, very good kitchen facilities. Very friendly host, promptly answering all of our questions. The host provided us with very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. We wish we could stay longer.

Wi-Fi could be a bit better, but probably not possible in the mountains.

The place I will book again if I go back in Como

Very cosy, classical, clean & comfortable house. The communication with Michela is very easy and friendly. This place is very well situated in Como lake area. The view from dining table is just amazing. A place that we can only recommend.

It's very good place to live. Really! Maybe only one suggestion : a small fan in each bedroom for warm summer evenings would be an appreciated bonus. Be also aware that the road for accessing the house is a bit tight and curvy, but not dangerous at all when speed is correctly adapted.

Não ser referido que tinha mais de 3 lances de escadas, para chegar ao alojamento. Ter recebido uma mensagem por WhatsApp com check in máximo: 22h, o que me levou a fazer uma viagem 1h e 30 min de Milão ao alojamento e de lá outra viagem de 1h até ao aeroporto para ir buscar os restantes hóspedes, e só quando cheguei ao local é que me enviou a mensagem com o código da porta. Além disso, no sábado quando saí da propriedade por volta das 19h, deixei a luz da rua acesa para facilmente ver o caminho, qual o meu espanto quando cheguei às 23h estava desligada!

Las impresionantes vistas del Lago de Como. La tranquilidad y la paz que se respira es una maravilla. Apartamento cómodo y con terraza donde disfrutar del paisaje. Muchos gatitos por los alrededores de la casa (a nosotros nos encantan pero a tener en cuenta si no te gustan los gatos) La relación calidad precio es buena. La propietaria nos dejó una botella de vino de bienvenida, un detalle de su parte.

Nos costó bastante encontrar el apartamento, deberían de mandar mejor la ubicación. Los baños están un poco viejos
