The flat was completely renovated in early 2025.
Guests have access to a bright living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with four single beds and a bathroom. It is possible to have an additional room (the third) with annexed an additional bathroom (the second) for the additional cost per night indicated under ‘House Rules’ (50,00 euros per night).
The apartment is located in a quiet area of the village, surrounded by nature. From the livingroom, the bedrooms and the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. In the garden, there is a dining table with view of the lake, a barbecue, and beach chairs to sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is free Internet access. Very pleasant and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location. It is a couple of km uphill from the main road going along the west side of the lake, but there was no traffic noise. The approach road is narrow and twisty so care is needed. There is also a shortcut footpath to the shore where there is a stony beach. Swimming was fine. The weather was hot but there was a cool breeze from the lake. This part of the lake is where a lot of watersports are available. There is no shortage of nice restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops in the neighbouring villages. The apartment had a lovely private garden and good WiFi. Thanks to Maria for her hospitality.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment of Maria Angela in Cremia. The house is well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxed, Italian holiday. The terrace and garden with lake view are a real asset to the apartment; we enjoyed it a lot. Maria Angela and her daughter Chiara are very kind and helpful people. We would definitely book again. Tip: the local cafe in Cremia, opposite the supermarket, is the ideal place for afternoon drinks!

We had a nice week in the comfortable appartment of Maria and her family. We truly enjoyed the terras and the garden. Enough shade to sit in during any time of the day and sun when you want it. With this wonderful view over the lake. The house was large enough for the 2 of us and due to some showers during our stay, we spent quite some time on the couch reading ;-) Maria is a very hospitable and available for questions and support. Thanks for feeling us welcome!

Those looking for peace, walks and rest, is very well cared for in Cremia. There were wonderful days. Our hostess Maria was a pearl. She has devotedly looked after us. We lacked nothing, everything was perfect. The mountains and the endless expanses are a must and stunning. We can thank Maria, to have had such a beautiful and memorable holiday for the possibility of us only warmly. We can highly recommend Cremia and the hospitality of Maria and your family. First of all it was a warmly welcome. We felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment was clean and big enough for four people. The children-room was really for children (4 + 7) and Maria brought things to play for them. The view from the garden is marvellous. Cremia is quite in the middle of all interesting sights. So we would recommend the apartment to everybody.

Wir kommen gerade von zwei wirklich schönen Wochen Urlaub in Cheis wieder. Schon die Begrüßung durch Maria war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und informativ. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und vollständig ausgestattet. Auch wenn das Bad alt ist, hat doch alles gut funktioniert. Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse, von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See hat. Wir können das Apartment also wärmstens empfehlen. Hier noch ein Tipp: die Bar am Strand von Cremia (LoScalo) ist superschön, die Cocktails richtig lecker und die Location an sich ein Traum. Unbedingt hingehen!

Wir haben wundervolle Ferientage verbracht. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Bei unserer Ankunft hat sie uns mit einem kleinen Imbiss empfangen. Sie hat uns wertvolle Auflugstipps gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und war sehr sauber. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Frühstücken im Garten, bei Morgensonne..herrlich. Die kleine Katze schaut dann auch gerne mal vorbei. Es ist alles sehr familiär. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Maria

Wir haben diesen Platz geliebt! Das Haus liegt traumhaft und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den See! Alles ist liebevoll gemacht, der Garten ein Traum. Maria ist die liebste Vermieterin, die mir jemals begegnet ist. Sie kümmert sich wirklich um alles, ist immer hilfsbereit! Es gibt zwei sehr gute Restaurants im Ort. Sie sind fußläufig in 25 Min erreichbar, wenn man den hohen Anstieg nach dem Essen in Kauf nimmt. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bar sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen wieder! Das steht fest!

We had a great stay in the appartement of Maria! Thank you Maria for your help with the covid tests for Lotte we needed to do in Italy. Terrace and garden are really beautiful with a nice view on the lake. There is a lot to see and do around the comolake! Tip: visit Bellagio, Villa Carlotta & rent a boat (Newton). Wir (Familie, Kdr. 17 und 19 J.) haben uns bei Maria mit ihrer Warmherzigkeit, Offenheit und Grosszügigkeit ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terrasse haben wir die Zeit mit der herrlichen Aussicht genossen und unsere Kinder haben Freude an Marias zutraulicher Katze gehabt. Man kann in der Umgebung wunderbare Wanderungen und Ausflüge machen, sowohl mit mehr (Haarnadelkurven müssen eingeplant werden), als auch mit weniger Steigung. Zum Baden hat uns der Strand von Dongo besonders gut gefallen! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Es war ein wundervoller Kurzurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in einem Ortsteil am Hang, etwas oberhalb des See. Fußläufig kann man den See in 20 Minuten erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles Notwendige bekommt. Das Bad ist schon etwas älter, aber es ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, ideal auch für Familien. Eine herrliche Umgebung und eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir würden wiederkommen.

L'accueil de Maria est formidable et l'appartement est très fidèle à sa description : en hauteur sur la colline avec vue sur le lac.. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. On s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Beaucoup de choses à faire : baignade, randonnées, activités nautiques, visites culturelles et beaucoup de restaurant pour apprécier la gastromie locale. Merci encore à Maria et sa famille.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maria in der Casa Chiara war wunderbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, wir konnten gut kochen und es uns auf der schönen Terrasse gemütlich machen. Bel appartement conforme à la description sur les hauteurs du village de Crémia. Il est très pratique pour une famille avec une belle terrasse qui domine le lac de Côme. C'est magnifique de prendre le petit déjeuner et de diner avec vue sur le lac ! Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire de la propriétaire, Maria, qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour notre séjour. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter et même pour faire des balades en forêt si on ne veut pas faire tout le temps de la voiture. Un conseil : la circulation est difficile dans la région. Alors, comme disent les italiens "piano, piano"

Überaus freundliche Gastgeber,die uns zu Beginn gleich das Dorf gezeigt haben.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Für die Kinder gab es Spielzeug und wir wurden mit Reisetipps und Broschüren versorgt.Die Familie war sehr hilfsbereit,wir würden wiederkommen. Die Lage am Comer See ist ideal.Man ist mit dem Auto schnell überall.Die Fähre ist nicht weit,so dass eine Überfahrt schnell möglich ist. Ein Auto sollte man jedoch schon haben,da die Hanglage zu Fuß sehr antrengend werden würde. Im Nebenort ist ein wunderschöner Strand.GRAZIE

Lovely and relaxing stay

We stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids and had a lovely stay in the flat. The kids could all sleep in the same room (2 additional beds could be taken out under the 2 main beds which was perfect as we could put them away during day time for more space). We particularly enjoyed eating outside in the garden! :-) Thank you for welcoming us so nicely and for all your advice of things to do in the area!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch (für 4 Personen) und die Vermieter supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, das Einzige, was uns doch etwas eingeschränkt hat, war die Lage: die Wohnung liegt doch recht weit oben am Berg, so dass zumindest der Weg hoch eine sportliche Herausforderung ist. Wir haben daher doch öfter das Auto benutzt, als es geplant war. Aber sonst hat man vielfältige Möglichkeiten, die Tage dort zu geniessen: Wanderungen in den Bergen, Spaziergänge an der Uferpromenade , baden und Besichtigungen der schönen Küstenstädtchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit drei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und alles vorgefunden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. In dem kleinen, hübschen, angrenzenden Garten kann man den schönen Ausblick auf den See genießen und zur Ruhe kommen.

Der Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin Maria war sehr herzlich. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Körbchen mit Honig, Gebäck und einem kleinen Präsent auf dem Tisch. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Maria! Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Von der bestuhlten Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See und die Berge. Weiterhin waren auch Liegestühle und ein Grill vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Sees in ruhiger Umgebung ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft (Spar) ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten). Größere Supermärkte und Geschäfte findet man in den nächst gelegenen Ortschaften (z.B. Gravedona). In Cremia selbst gibt es eine kleine „Dorfbar“ und zwei Restaurants. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Ausflüge nach Belaggio, Menaggio, Como aber auch nach Lugano. Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Cremia verbracht und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Maria und ihrer Familie wünschen wir alles Gute und schicken ihr herzliche Grüße!

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat tolle umfassende Informationen vorbereitet. Wir haben eine wundervolle und erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine herrliche Terrasse. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es gibt trotzdem in kurzer Entfernung genügend Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Zu Maria und ihrer Familie haben wir ein sehr nettes Verhältnis gehabt. Maria hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und war immer bemüht, daß alles in Ordnung ist. Der Aufenthalt hat uns rundum gefallen.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, bietet herrlich viel Platz und man fühlt sich in der gut ausgestatteten Einrichtung sofort wohl. Was aber auch an der wunderbaren Vermieterin, Frau Maria und ihrer Familie liegt. Sie empfängt einen gleich herzlich und versorgt einen geduldig mit guten Tipps. Überhaupt: hier ist man Gast, fast schon ein wenig Freund, und kein lästiger Massentourist. Wir haben es jedenfalls sehr genossen!

merveilleuses vacances à Cremia! Maria est vraiment très accueillante , la maison est plaisante et idéalement située pour visiter le lac de Côme et ses environs.l' endroit est calme et paisible et le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au faire un barbecue en soirée. Un grand merci à Maria pour son accueil chaleureux , sa disponibilité et ses informations sur la région (mieux qu'à l'office du tourisme!)
