About this apartment rental

Apartment house with a magnificent view of the lake, surrounded by a large garden, ideal for families with children, a few steps from the beach and gravel from the town center. A few kilometres from the most renowned countries in the lake: Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzo with the beautiful Villa Carlotta with spectacular flowering azaleas (late April) and the famous Villa Balbianello (Assets of FAI).

We stayed here the 2nd time and again the whole family very much enjoyed our week at lake Como. The appartement is very large and well equipped in a beautiful surrounding, just a few steps from the lake. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic view and the wonderful garden. The landlady and her daughter are very charming and always helpful. We would love to come here again!

"It was a beautiful to stay because was a lovely woman and her whole family was nice and friendly. The house was perfect, clean, big and complete. I would definitely recomment it to evey one, because it was very near the lake. Outside the house across the street, maybe 3 minutes and there Also very lovely people towards our two dogs, which were allowed with pleasure!! Sweet, nice and beautifullin every way! Magnificent view over the lake from the large balcony to! The weekly rent is very cheap for the comfort you get!"

"What an amazing property! The lovely owners greeted us with fresh fruit and vegetables from the large garden. The large balcony extends the length of the property and has lovely panoramnic views of the lake. It is very convenient for the bus stop for those who don't have cars so was easy to explore other places on the lake too. I would love to return again someday."

"Patrizia and all the family were very kind and helpful.The appartment is very clean and big with a lovely view of the lake from the veranda.It is very easy to go to St Moritz,Milan,Lugano,Locarno and around the lake.Signor Sergio was always very helpful to advise us on our trips.They even used to give us vegetables and fruit from their beautiful big garden.Parking is no problem as you park inside the garden.We really had a great time ."
