The “Casa del Sole” vacation home is located above Colico with views of the surrounding mountain scenery, surrounded by nature. You’ll find an idyllic, spacious garden with many palm trees, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs. The approximately 2,500 m² communal garden is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue. There are also two table tennis tables. Due to the hillside location, each apartment has a terrace; the upstairs apartments also each have a balcony. The solar-heated, underwater-lit pool (12 m x 6 m) and the children’s pool (3 m x 5 m x 0.30 m) are open from around Easter until around the end of September, weather permitting. For the little ones, there is a slide, a swing, and a sandbox. Here, with a view of the local mountain Monte Legnone, the lake, and the mountains, you can truly unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Above the pool is the vacation home “Casa Bellavista,” which features four additional units. A washing machine is available to guests of both houses in the basement. The pools and the shared garden are shared by guests of both houses. The village and the beaches are about a 5-minute drive away. You can park your car in the private parking spaces right next to the house. Pets are not allowed.
