Loved it! I could sit on the terrace all day and watch the lake!

The apartment was well supplied with everyday needs. I had brought with me salt and pepper but it was there as well as olive oil, sugar and basic needs. The view from the terrace was spectacular. I miss it already! It wasn't easy going up and down the driveway, but it was all worth it! I recommend this apartment highly!

A wonderful stay, you can really relax there!

A beautiful apartment, well equipped, with a wonderful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. There is a private garden. The swimming pool is not very large, but comfortable for swimming and cooling off.

A beautiful week away in a great location, with some of the best views we have ever seen!

Beautiful position, the views of the lake were 10/10! A lovely swimming pool a couple of steps away from our ground floor apartment! We had a lovely partly shaded grass terrace outside which was ideal for our little dog. Great modern kitchen with plenty of modern appliances! Very friendly hosts who live on site, very sweet couple!

Bathroom a little dated but adequate for a family of 3 who aren’t that fussy. The bedroom furniture and seating was also a little dated but didn’t bother us as we spent most of our time enjoying the gorgeous outside spaces.

Magnificient view from the appartment and the lovely terrace and pool area - which is just outside the door. The appartment is newly renovared and clean and has a great view over the lake through panorama windows in the kitchen, living room and the bedroom. Nice pool just next to our terrace/garden, which we felt was our private pool, even though it was not. The landlords - Mr. and Mrs. Oberti - are so nice and friendly and provided us with fresh vegetables and herbs from their own garden.

The room with 3 beds for the kids is a bit dark with no windows. Most suitable for small kids.

Super appartment. Great hosts. Great place to explore the northern part of Como lake.

Great appartment with stunning views. Very nice pool, only shared with the two other appartments in the wonderful property. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool and in the private garden, so very inviting to relax and enjoy the views. The host's parents who also live at the property, are super kind and make sure you have a great stay. We are a family of 4 with two older boys and the appartment was perfect for us. Enough space for all of us to spread out, during the occasional rain we had that week. Very well equipped by the way, nice kitchen, and there's even a bbq outside.

Coming from a flat country (NL), the parking takes some getting used to.

Séjour ensoleillé et reposant.

Nous remercions Christian et ses parents pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils ont été de bons conseils et soucieux de notre confort. L'appartement occupé et les lieux étaient conformes à la description donnée sur le site. La Vue sur le lac est particulièrement belle depuis la terrasse. L'ascenseur est un plus pour cette belle résidence.

Accès parking : pente très raide !

Schlafzimmer und Bad in Untergeschoss im Vergleich zum Wohnbereich etwas dunkel und kühl. Holzdecke überträgt Schritte sehr deutlich nach unten

Rigtig rigtig dejligt ophold. Lejligheden var præcis som vi havde håbet på samt faciliteterne på stedet med pool.

Lejligheden havde den mest fantastiske udsigt over sø og bjerge, som man kunne nyde fra den lille altan. Det var en lille sti der førte ned til byen. Det tog kun ca. 10 at komme derned. Køkkenet var veludstyret af en ferielejlighed af være og man kunne sagtens lave mad. Værterne var super søde og venlige! Vores cykelstativ gik i stykker lige da vi skulle pakke bilen og værterne var meget hjælpsomme og ringede rundt til en masse butikker for at finde nogen som havde et nyt Stativ lager. Kæmpe anbefaling, vi kunne sagtens finde på at tage tilbage.

Nedgangen til parkering og lejligheder var meget stejl og vi kørte desværre i en bil med ret lav undervogn så vi kunne ikke komme med af rampen. Vi var derfor nødt til at finde parkering andetsteds.

Seeblick, Erholung, Wandern auf das Beste vereint!

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal zu Gast und genießen immer wieder den spektakulären Seeblick! Unser absolutes Highlight sind die gemütlichen Stunden und das Frühstück auf dem schönen Balkon. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf die Höhen im Hinterland ideal geeignet. Sehr netter aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der zudem sehr gut deutsch spricht.

Heerlijk verblijf met een fantastisch uitzicht

Het prachtige uitzicht over het Comomeer was elke dag weer adembenemend! Het zwembad is prachtig gelegen met uitzicht op het meer. De eigenaar Stefano en zijn zoon Cristian doen hun best om het je helemaal naar de zin te maken! Vanaf het huis is er een binnendoor weg naar beneden. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in Gravedona. Omhoog is dan wel pittige klim.

Enige wat ik kan bedenken is het gemis van een airconditioning. Normaal misschien ook niet nodig maar tijdens de hittegolf was het wel prettig geweest.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dieser unglaublich schönen Unterkunft und Gegend verbracht. Der Panaromablick vom Balkon und Poolbereich (perfekte Abkühlung an einem heißen Tag) war einfach nur atemberaubend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die liebevolle Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Um jede Frage, jedes Anliegen wurde sich stets sofort gekümmert. Die Vermieter erkundigten sich regelmäßig und sehr fürsorglich, ob alles in Ordnung war - und es war alles mehr als Ordnung! :). Ein Highlight war, dass wir fast täglich mit Gemüse sowie Basilikum und Petersilie aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt wurden. Dieser See und diese Unterkunft sind eine absolute Reise wert. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ausblick toll, Apartment Katastrophe

Der Ausblick auf den See ist großartig und der Besitzer ist nett.

Leider entspricht das Objekt gar nicht den Erwartungen, die die Bilder versprechen (außer dem Ausblick). Es wird mit Garten geworben - ist nicht vorhanden bei der Unterkunft die wir bekamen. Bei der Buchung war nicht zu erkennen, was man bekommt. Erst 2 Wochen nach Buchung erhielten wir dann eine Nachricht mit anhängenden Bildern, die das Elend vermuten ließen. Diese Bilder (nach der Buchung) haben wir jedoch nicht angeschaut, ansonsten hätten wir das Objekt auch kostenpflichtig storniert. Winzige Couch mit alten Wasserflecken und ansonsten altbackene Einrichtung (nicht im Entferntesten, was die ersten 20 Bilder hier darstellen). Ich möchte gerne Bilder hochladen, um die Sauberkeit und die Tiere hinter dem Bett zu zeigen. Für den Puristen, den Kälteliebenden und Begeisterte altmodischer Einrichtung, der eine Berghütte möchte, geeignet. Bitte seid ehrlich und weißt in der Beschreibung darauf hin, dass es 3 verschiedene Ferienwohnungen gibt und wenn man 2 Personen eingibt und die anderen Objekte vermietet sind, man die Niete erhält.
