Nice, new, modern and calm (no traffic) accommodation. Beautiful 270° views over the lake and mountains. The sunny side of Lake Como - not to underestimated benefit especially in spring or autumn. Marco as perfect host (whatsapp chat if required, otherwise discrete). Walking distance to lake / boat / city center (good shoes helpful, steep and nice). Hiking can start from apartment. Comparably (!) easy access (street) to apartment for Lake Como circumstances, own gated parking, very safe neighborhood anyhow. We could also put our bicycles in a garage. Wifi worked stable (16Mbit I'd say)

Basically everything was fine. Maybe a few more cutlery to use the dishwasher less

Sporty people searching for a quiet place should stop searching and book this place ;-)

We (me and my wife) liked the apartment and the decoration inside. The kitchen is equipped very well and one can find all that is needed for cooking or preparing breakfast. I really cannot ask for more. We particularly enjoyed the coffee maker (no capsules, just old good filter). The apartment is spacey with balconies so, there is no problem to dry your towels or washed clothes (yes, there is a wash machine). One should count that the gorgeous views from apartment has a price in form of walking up the hill, but that was expected and not that bad. The Pozzolo place was very quiet and people there (like generally in Italy) were friendly. Some hiking paths start almost behind the house and nice sport climbing crag is near it as well. Village of Domaso is very nice with grocery stores and restaurants. One can also easily get to other village of Gravedona with another set of restaurants and shops. If you are into running you can practice it on the lake shore for more than 10km (Dongo and back is my favorite).

Wonderful luxury apartment with gorgeus view on the the lake. It is very spacious, well equipped, perfect choice for a family. The surrounding is beautiful, you will never be fed up with the view. We also received a warm welcome from our host, Marco who was always very helpful.

The only thing that can be improved are the matrasses.

Unglaublich schön

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Comer See. Als Willkommensgruß stand ein Präsentkorb mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten auf dem Tisch. Küche und Bad sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Sogar ein Grill ist verfügbar. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Ein erholsamer und ruhiger Aufenthalt in traumhafter Landschaft!

Reizender und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist exzellent ausgestattet und bietet jeden Komfort. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft, aber auch der Blick in die umgebenden Gemüsegärten und Weinberge. Man lebt dort inmitten eines normalen italienischen Wohnviertels ohne viel Touristen, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Besonders aufmerksam zum Empfang der Begrüssungskorb und die zwei Flaschen sehr guten Weins. Auch alle Fragen wurden rasch und gut beantwortet. Domaso ist nicht spektakulär, aber ein sehr guter Ausgangsort für allen bekannteren Ziele am See, dafür aber auch ruhig und nicht so überlaufen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne hinfahren.

Lediglich das Licht in der Wohnung hätte etwas gemütlicher sein können, wir haben einfach abends immer Kerzen angemacht, dann war es auch gut!

Maison moderne et vue imprenable

Maison entièrement rénovée par le propriétaire, donc confortable et bien équipée. Étant donnée sa situation élevée dans le village, la vue dégagée sur le lac de Côme est extraordinaire. Le parking privé est appréciable. Marco est très sympathique et accueillant.

Pour les jours de canicule, une climatisation serait un vrai plus.

Traumhafte Aussichten

Die Lage ca. 100 m über dem See ermöglicht traumhafte Aussichten auf den Lago aus fast jedem Zimmer. Der Host, Marco, ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns mit einem Geschenkkorb mit Wein, Pasta und Keksen überrascht, was perfekt für den Verzehr nach langer Anreise war. Mit Auto und gut zu Fuß (steiler Anstieg von Domaso aus) konnten wir das Ferienhaus in den Bergen so richtig genießen.
