Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago di Como. Man hatte in unmittelbarer Nähe ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß eine sehr schöne Badestelle, die nur wenig frequentiert war. Die Promenade mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter von Quokka 360 stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt ganz unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe.
Der Eingang befindet sich an der Hauptstraße, welche auch genau vor der Tür eine Engstelle hat. Das macht das Betreten und Verlassen des Hauses gerne mal zur Herausforderung. Der Lärmpegel ist dadurch auch nicht zu verachten. Trotzdem ist die Lage zum See und zur Promenade topp.

Die Größe des Apartments und der Ausblick waren fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber war es auch.
Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage war es extrem heiß. Bei offenem Fenster war kaum zu schlafen, da die Motorgeräusche direkt neben der Straße extrem laut waren.

Toller Blick aus 2 Zimmern auf dem See, große Küche mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum See, guter Parkplatz. Schnelle unkomplizierte Hilfe bei Nachfragen, super Service.
Fünftes angemeldetes Bett, war nicht bezogen und es lagen keine Bettutensilien bereit. Zugang zum Haus, direkt von einer vielbefahren Hauptstraße. Fehlerhafter Gasdetektor.

Great location & AMAZING lake view. It is really close to the town, a lot of space available in the apartment
Bathroom wasn’t that clean, staff weren’t the most helpful with issues and they deleted whatsapp messages when they sent something incorrectly. Important to note no AC only small desk fan for both rooms which didn’t do much
