Perfect rural stay right by the lake

Great location: few steps from the lake, 10mins walk to the town with few cafes and restaurants, but away from crowds. Modern apartment with most of things you need, we only missed the iron, which, i believe you can ask from Cinzia and she will help as she is great host. Wifi working ok. Great and huge yard to enjoy the sun, please games, or have BBQ.

Taking trash out is a challenge - you need to find bins in the city (not walkable). I wish we can have more sets of towels. There is washing machine, that you can use, but it is drying that can be problem (especially if it rains). Bring you toiletries with you. Villa is near the pet zoo which can be loud in the morning, but for us it was part of rural charm.

Great for trip with young baby

Newly renovated apartment, tastefully decorated and in peaceful lake location. Great for small children. Animal sanctuary with exotic birds next door and visible from garden. Property manager was very attentive. Apartment had all necessary equipment for a stay with young baby.

A few small snags with first let of the season but all resolved in the fastest possible time.

Summer holiday at Lake Como

Great location 200m from lake, 10 minute walk from town. Host was very welcoming, spoke excellent English.

A great Place to spend a quiet vacacion at Lake Como with a beautiful view towards the Mountains an the Lake which is located within a Five minute Walk. We Loved to stay there and will certainly come back.

Für Hunde die sich auch mit anderen Hunden gut verstehen, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage ist nahe am See. Neben an ist eine Farm mit Hühner (frische Eier zu beziehen), Esel und vielem mehr. Das war sehr schön. Der Garten ist gross unsere Hündin hat es sehr genossen. Hat alles super geklappt mit der Übergabe.

Einzig, das WC könnte auch noch ein Moskitonetz bekommen. Ansonsten nichts anzumerken :-)

Sehr schöner Familienaufenthalt in Casa Cinzia

Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Casa Cinzia verbracht. Die Unterkunft (mit Seeblick) war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ideal - ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit allem Wichtigen in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien, die eine entspannte Zeit verbringen möchten.

Das Apartment mit Seeblick befindet sich im oberen Bereich des Hauses und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht ganz neu, aber gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die Gastgeberin hat bereits angekündigt, in diesem Jahr eine Renovierung vorzunehmen, unter anderem mit einer neuen Küche.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit grossem Garten und Whirlpool, direkt am See.

Das Apartment im oberen Stock war ausreichend gross für zwei Personen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Den grossen Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Whirlpool teilt man sich mit den Gästen im EG, was einwandfrei funktionierte. Der See ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht. Wir waren vier Tage paddeln und konnten bequem ins wunderschöne Städtchen laufen. Cinzia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unser Essen zur Kühlung nach dem Check-Out sogar noch für ein paar Stunden im Kühlschrank lassen. Eine Klimaanlage hat es für die heissen Monate ebenfalls im Schlafzimmer.

Schlne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten in Strandnähe

Cinzia holt einen an der Chiesa di Santa Maria del Tiglio ab und bringt einen zur Unterkunft. Wir waren in der unteren Wohnung. Guter Parkplatz. Der Jacuzzi, der Garten und der überdachte Sitzbereich auf der Terrasse sind toll. Das Bett hatte eine gute Matzatze. Das Bad ist super schön und neu gemacht. Die Unterkunft bietet eine schöne Inneneinrichtung. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht vorhanden (4 Gasherdplatten, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Sieb, weitere Küchenutensilien, Spülmittel, 1 Geschirrtuch, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach,... kein Backofen). Ein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster.

Keine Geschirrspülmaschine, das stand aber so in der Beschreibung.
