A wonderful short break in a gem of a holiday apartment with a beautiful garden, offering wonderful privacy and guaranteed relaxation. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment and were completely satisfied. Our little dog also enjoyed the garden. The apartment itself is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The proximity to the lake is ideal at just 2 minutes away, and there's access to a lovely lakeside footpath in both directions, leading to the center of Gravedone as well as to Dongo.

L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli e la proprietaria si è dimostrata sempre gentile e disponibile.
La vista principale si affaccia sul giardino e da lì si può ammirare un piacevole paesaggio con le montagne sullo sfondo.
Di fronte si trova anche una piccola fattoria: un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto, visto il nostro interesse per gli animali, e che ha contribuito alla scelta di questo alloggio.
A pochi passi si trova inoltre il lago, ideale per rilassanti passeggiate lungo tutta la riva e per godersi appieno la tranquillità del luogo. La zona è particolarmente silenziosa e ben curata, perfetta per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la comodità degli spazi e l’atmosfera accogliente dell’appartamento, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Nel complesso, è una soluzione ideale sia per chi cerca relax sia per chi vuole esplorare i dintorni con calma. Sicuramente un soggiorno che consigliamo.

Die Lage ist nahe am See. Neben an ist eine Farm mit Hühner (frische Eier zu beziehen), Esel und vielem mehr. Das war sehr schön. Der Garten ist gross unsere Hündin hat es sehr genossen. Hat alles super geklappt mit der Übergabe.
Einzig, das WC könnte auch noch ein Moskitonetz bekommen. Ansonsten nichts anzumerken :-)

Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Casa Cinzia verbracht. Die Unterkunft (mit Seeblick) war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ideal - ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit allem Wichtigen in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien, die eine entspannte Zeit verbringen möchten.
Das Apartment mit Seeblick befindet sich im oberen Bereich des Hauses und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht ganz neu, aber gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die Gastgeberin hat bereits angekündigt, in diesem Jahr eine Renovierung vorzunehmen, unter anderem mit einer neuen Küche.
