Very convenient

Everything was perfect,very clean and cozy, very organised as well, we didn’t have any problem with finding the place, we followed all the instructions they sent us ,to get to the apartment. Highly recommend this place, there are also rooms for children! It also has a coffee/bar downstairs for coffee in the morning or drink for the night. The prices for all these things the apartment provides, are very good! Thank you!

Chill and comfortable.

We loved the Style and the easy access! The kitchen was great and the beds amazing!

We didn’t have access to the TV, and everything was set to another language. So we couldn’t really use it. The appartment was also kind of hard to find, as google maps shows you the wrong adress.

Excellent séjour en famille au Lac de Côme

L’appartement était impeccable, bien équipé, très bien décoré et très propre. Petit bémol par rapport au manque d’air conditionné mais il faut avouer que nous l’avons particulièrement ressenti parce qu’il faisait très chaud (présence de ventilateurs tout de même). À proximité des magasins de première nécessité, facile d’accès et présence d’un garage, ce qui n’est pas un détail autour du lac de Côme! Lisa est extrêmement aidante et réactive. L’ensemble des informations nécessaires étaient disponibles à notre arrivée! Merci pour tout!

Appartement bien mais dommage pour le bruit.

Appartement moderne et fonctionnel.

Les lits étaient très mous et pas agréables pour nous. Le bruit dans la maison pendant la nuit: lors de chacune des nuits il y a eu des bruits de meubles déplacés pendant toute la nuit en plus du bruit de la route qui est proche.

Piacevole

Siamo già stati due volte in questo appartamento negli ultimi due mesi e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento, molto ampio, è accogliente e funzionale grazie ad un arredamento in stile moderno, elegante, curato nei dettagli. Perfettamente pulito. Il check-in è stato facile, guidato da precise indicazioni scritte. La cucina, elettrica, è completamente attrezzata. I letti sono comodi. Il garage, privato, è nel sotterraneo, con posto auto chiuso a chiave, ampio e comodo anche per un’auto grande. In posizione abbastanza centrale, l’appartamento offre una piacevole vista del lago e delle montagne circostanti. Si affaccia su una piazza che stacca dalla strada principale, ed ha vicino due bar pasticceria. Bisogna pagare una cauzione per eventuali danni. In sintesi consiglio senz'altro Appartamento Regina e confido di tornarvi.

L’ascensore copre dal sotterraneo al primo piano, ma non arriva all’appartamento, per accedere al quale è necessario salire a piedi l’ultimo piano. L'appartamento non offre un bidet.

molto bella la casa con problemi con chi cura la gestione dell'appartamento

Appartamento molto ben arredato e spazioso. Lo abbiamo trovato molto ben pulito ed ottimamente organizzato. Completa l'appartamento un ampio box dove lasciare una vettura anche grande.

Viene fornito da booking per l'assistenza un numero mobile cui non risponde mai nessuno. Segnali un problema con il tavolo del soggiorno e manco hanno la compiacenza di rispondere pur avendo visualizzato in messaggio Wapp. Chiedono una cauzione di 300 euro per danni eventuali (cosa che non mi succedeva da almeno 15 anni). Per avere la promessa ricevuta dello storno cauzione devi cercare e chiamare il numero fisso dell'azienda che cura la gestione, perché al numero fornito da booking non risponde mai nessuno. Risposte ai messaggi inviati a chi gestisce la locazione sono un misto di arroganza e supponenza e non certo customer oriented. IMPORTANTE: la casa è esattamente sopra un bar aperto sin oltre la mezzanotte con clienti non sempre educati.
