Property was good.. it was clean and tidy. It was actually very spacious, even spacious for 4. kitchen had everything. Living area was perfect with window towards lake side. It’s on 1st floor.
Everything was good. The entrance to access apartments has steps and a bit narrow. Had to call the staff to guide to entrance, but they were helpful and supportive.
To reach apartment by car, enter the apartment, drive to la Biba parking and go further where you will see 2 big gates for entrance. Takes the one that goes straight(not the one that goes down), and at the end you will see parking lot, there one one dedicated parking space for this apartment.

Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen und das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Geschirr und Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Der überdachte Parkplatz ist gut erreichbar und eindeutig beschriftet.
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief über einen dienstlichen WhatsApp-Account und verlief problemlos.
Nur das Abfallmanagament ist kaum zumutbar: Die Müllcontainer befinden sich am Friedhof von Vignola, ca. 9 Autominuten entfernt (s.Foto). Wir haben vor dem Abreisetag unseren Müll dorthin gebracht und am Abreisetag einen verschlossenen Müllsack mit dem Restmüll im Apartment stehen lassen.
