DESCRIPTION.
Is located at 1,000 meters above sea level and consists of two floors.
On the first floor (55 sqm + 22 sqm covered terrace):
- Entrance
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven and 4 gas burners, fridge and freezer
- Lounge for lunch with a large wood burning stove and pellet stove, large table for 8 people, TV and sofa (for 2 more people - therefore maximum 10 beds).
- First bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- Second bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, bathroom and window.
- Super covered terrace of 22 square meters with a wonderful lake view where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the mountains and the lake.

On the ground floor (25 sqm):
- Large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 wardrobes, pellet stove
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, bathroom and window.
POSITION
Ideal for relaxation, hiking and mountain biking.
The beach of Lake Como is only 10 miles of asphalt road if the narrow and uphill curves.
You can leave the car at 80 meters if you take the road with the car, or you can leave the car 300 meters away from the house. Road is up.
The external garden of property is not fenced.
Access: on country road, about 80 m, narrow, difficult. Or at 300 meters.
It is a beautiful place for relaxation and quiet and the lake view.
Finally, the road to reach the cottage from the lake, even if it is not very long (10 km) is all uphill and is difficult to go because the last 300 meters are unpaved.
If you are looking for a place to stay near the lake, then you are looking for a fabulous natural scenery, then you are welcome.
