We liked the location of the apartment, it was ideal to make tours both to the Lake Como and in the Italian Alps. We used either a rent car or the train to travel. The train station is 3 minutes far by walking. There are small pizzerias in 2 minutes walking distances, too. The host lady was very helpful, we overcome the language barrier. The apartment was clean, with kitchen and bathroom.

The beds are in the attic, and it gets hot in there at night when the weather is warm. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is noisy when it runs all night. The fold-out bed downstairs is less comfortable. Across the narrow street is a funeral home that gets a lot of visitors. That’s why it’s sometimes impossible to park in front of the house, but there was a spot available at the train station at that time. The most annoying thing was when visitors would gather around our rental car, chatting for a long time, or park just a few centimeters away from it. We were worried they might cause damage that we would then have to pay for to the rental company. Fortunately, that didn’t happen.
