Villa Gioiosa

We had an apartment for 4 person and one room for 2. Both units was clean and super nice. For one night due to heavy rain one of colleague biker needed to sleep in our place, we had one small spare bed in living room so it was all good. Parking was gayer (safe).

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is located in the main room and has everything necessary for cooking. There is a washing machine too. The owners are very friendly. The place is very peaceful and the views are beautiful. The location was very comfortable for our plans. We had a rented car (parking spot at the property) and visited different towns at lake Como, hiked in the natural reserve Val Di Mello and hiked up the mountain Monte Legnoncino. If you are travelling by car and would like to visit different places around the lakes Como and Lecco - this apartment is a very good find.

Everything was perfect be it mattress, kitchen, bathroom, access and host. All above my expectations.

Spacious and clean apartment. Good secure off-street parking. Well kept building.

The plates and cutlery were very sparse - even for two we were using mix-matched and bent utensils and cracked or chipped dishes. There was no toilet paper provided even.
