Wonderfull stay

Modern, beautiful and comfortable. The perfect combo. When you get in, you immediately feel welcome and have a smile on your face. The appartment had everything we needed, the beds are confortable, the bathroom and kitchen are nice and well maintained just like the rest of the appartement. Parking is also super easy and free, either in front of the appartment, or down the street. Chiara is is super nice, we were welcome with a bottle of Prosecco and complimentary fresh beverages in the fridge. There were also everything we needed to have breakfast and even cook on the first day. We forgot a jacket and Chiara immediately told us and proposed to ship it to our place. Luckily we were not far so we came back and we got to meet her in person. She is so lovely, we only met for 10 min or so, but you can tell when you meet a genuine nice person. Bravo!!

Très bel appartement sur les hauteurs du lac de Côme

L’appartement de Chiara et Ermanno est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’agencement des pièces, son confort notamment les lits, l’équipement ménager et la terrasse. Il ne manque rien ! Chiara est une hôtesse accueillante et bienveillante. Les plus : la place de parking et la supérette.

Appartement design, très confortable, de grande qualité, avec un accueil exceptionnel.

Le confort, la décoration design et l'équipement haut de gamme du logement, avec la terrasse. L'accès au bord du lac par le chemin à pied, par des escaliers pavés anciens, avec une excellente pizzeria au bord du lac. La parking disponible à côté du logement, devant l'église. Le petit commerce alimentaire et le café à côté de la maison. Le kit d'accueil et de bienvenue délicieux et très généreux pour les 1ers jours (excellent café, boissons fraîches, une bouteille de vin italien, des friandises, jus, lait, biscottes, beurre, confiture, gâteaux secs, thés, huile, sel, etc). Lits très confortables ! Lieu calme et reposant. Village typique à côté du lac de Come. La propriétaire nous a offert le café et un jus pour les enfants, le matin du départ, au café voisin. Accueil exceptionnel !

Una estancia de ensueño

El alojamiento está en Vignola, una pedanía de Cremia desde la que se puede bajar andando a una playita del lago en apenas 10 minutos. Debo decir que esta parte norte del lago Como es menos concurrida que la parte más al sur (Menaggio, Tremezzo, Como...) pero igual de encantadora. De todas formas se llega rápido a cualquier localidad del lago combinando el coche y el ferry. Respecto al alojamiento, me atrevo a decir que es el mejor en el que he estado de todos en los que me he alojado con Booking (y son unos cuantos). La anfitriona, Chiara, es maravillosa. Más allá del desayuno nos obsequió con cerveza y prosecco y muchas recomendaciones sobre la zona. El apartamento está muy nuevo, equipado y decorado con mucho gusto y muy confortable para 4 personas.

Tolle Lage, Unterkunft und Vermieter

Die Lage ist toll, man wohnt sehr authentisch. Die kleine Terrasse ist gemütlich und lädt dazu ein, die Abende draußen zu verbringen. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar.

Ab 7.30Uhr wird man von lauten Kirchenglocken und Hundegebell der Nachbarshunde geweckt. Das beeinträchtigt natürlich das Apartment an sich nicht, sollte man aber vielleicht beachten, wenn einem das lange Ausschlafen wichtig ist.

Chiara a été très sympathique, elle a pris bien soin de nous et elle a fait de ce petit appartement un lieu tout à fait charmant !!! L' appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons eu droit à des gourmandises italiennes et des boissons fraîches pour notre accueil. Encore merci à notre hôtesse 😊 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

Precioso y bien equipado apartamento para visitar el lago di Como

Apartamento recién reformado, precioso y muy bien equipado. Está en un pueblo tranquilo y puedes visitar la mayoría de cosas del Lago di Como en coche o ferry. A 20 metros hay un pequeño supermercado que tiene de todo, ideal para el día a día. Se puede aparcar gratis a 50 metros sin problema. En el pueblo hay un par de restaurantes que se come bien y unas playas bonitas. La anfitriona es muy amable y servicial, nos dejó un montón de detalles, comida y bebidas. Tuvimos un problema y lo solucionó muy rápido. ¡Muy recomendable!

Como la mayoría de pueblos en el lago, las calles son estrechas y a veces no caben 2 coches. Para ir andando a la playa son 15 minutos de mucho desnivel.

Familienappartement im Bergdorf

Das Appartement liegt in einem lebendigen Bergdorf direkt hinter dem Rathaus und dem Dorfplatz. Der schöne Strand von San Vito liegt direkt unter dem Dorf an der Promenade. Wir haben zwei Fußwege zum Strand entdeckt , der Weg an der Dorfkirche war besonders schön und auch nicht zu steil. Direkt am Appartement befindet sich ein Dorfladen, der sehr gut ausgestattet ist, hier haben wir alles für das erste Frühstück bekommen. Auch die kleine Dorfkneipe neben an ist erwähnenswert, hier war abends schöne italienische Musik zu hören,die Ruhezeiten wurden aber eingehalten. Am Appartement selbst fanden wir die Ausstattung und die sehr liebevolle Dekorierung mit frischen Blumen und kleinen Details bemerkenswert. Über die persönliche Begrüßungskarte haben wir uns gefreut. Sehr praktisch war der frisch gemahlene Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine, der uns vorzüglich geschmeckt hat. Wir fanden allerlei bereits kühl gestellte Getränke und eine Grundausstattung von trockenen Lebensmittel wie Gewürze, Öl, eine Auswahl an Tees vor. Die Küche selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Genug Teller, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Es handelt sich um eine kürzlich renovierte Wohnung , die zeitgemäß und gelungen möbliert wurde. Schönes Badezimmer. Insgesamt ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Gastgeberin Chiara, sehr zuvorkommend und hezlich. Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig per WhatsApp zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzug und Auszug ging sehr einfach, das Appartement ließ sich sehr leicht finden. Vielen Dank für das schöne Appartement und viel Erfolg bei weiteren Vermietungen!

Am Appartement selbst ist nichts auszusetzen. Leider werden die anfallenden Arbeiten an den umliegenden Grundstücken bevorzugt mit stark motorisierten Hilfsmitteln erledigt. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass durch die Hanglage und insgesamt enge Verhältnisse im Dorf die Geräusche sehr konzentriert wahrgenommen werden und auch weiter als sonst übertragen werden. Am Wochenende war es aber ruhig.

Am avut un sejur de vis . O locație excepțională perfecta pentru 4 adulți și 2 copii, complet utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie și curata . Gazda foarte amabila 🥰 va îndrumă ce puteți vizita și unde puteți face baie. Recomand nu veți regreta.

Sehr tolle Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr Gute Ausstattung und toll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr Gemütlich. Ideal mit Kindern oder auch als zwei erwachsene Paare (wie in unserem Fall)
