- 'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' are two independent houses with a separate garden, located in Cremia, a hamlet of Marnino in the Alpi Lepontine nature reserve, surrounded by greenery, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The 2 stone cottages are located on George Clooney's favorite lakeshore, on a green terraced countryside 200m above the lake with a splendid panoramic view. Extensive hiking trails are right outside your front door, such as the 'Via Monte Lariani', an old hiking trail that starts in Como and ends in Sorico with unrivaled constant lake views.


'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' are within walking distance from the public car park, which is 5 minutes away. The beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes or in 2 minutes by car.
Without using the car, a 5-minute walk away is a soccer field, a children's playground, a bar and a supermarket open until 7pm.
La Pace and Villa Iolanda are located in an ideal place for walks and excursions, without a car and surrounded by nature. All the towns of the upper lake of Como are connected by a promenade along the lake.
