We recommend this apartment unreservedly.

The property is furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and has a stunning view; it directly overlooks the sea and is so close you can hear the waves lapping against the shore. There are multiple places just metres away from the apartment which are designated sunbathing/ swimming areas. The sea is crystal clear and has ladders and steps directly into the water for easy access. There are a few bars/ restaurants within easy walking distance and an Uber into old town cost approximately 7 euros and took about 10 minutes- very easy. The owner was extremely helpful- in fact he even went on a special trip to buy a beach chair for me as I have back problems and needed a chair to sit on whilst sunbathing. I was so grateful for this.

A well appointed apartment with a grand view towards Uglian.

We rented apt5 on the third floor, giving us unrivalled see views from the deep private balcony. The walk-in shower was convenient and the hot water system efficient. The owner was welcoming and helpful and available on What's App.

Some will like the soft sprung mattress but we found it a little disconcerting. The single electrical socket had to be used for coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. This constant exchange of appliances had worn the fixture which had to be repaired (very promptly with no inconvenience).

The position and views were lovely. Apartment was spacious and well set out.The quality of the furniture was generally good. Quality of built in furniture; kitchen, bathrooms was extremely good. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly , we had a wonderful stay. All too short.

Two pillows was a negative, the only place in Croatia not to provide 4. Lack of a proper frypan was a negative. Bedside lamps were cheap and poor.

Lage am Meer, ruhige Gegend, sehr netter Vermieter. Reservierter Parkplatz. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Meerblick. Gute Ausstattung. Klimaanlage.

Gestank der Mülltonnen vor dem Haus machten manchmal den Aufenthalt am Balkon und sogar im Schlafzimmer unerträglich. Schattenplätze am Strand sind heiß umkämpft. Eigener Sonnenschirm und Schirmständer wäre hilfreich. Viel Verkehr auf der Uferpromenade.

Apartmán aj ubytovanie super, rekonštrukcia príjazdovej cesty trochu narušila dovolenkovú atmosféru.

Ubytovanie naozaj pekné, zariadenie relatívne nové a nebolo skoro vôbec vidieť známky používania. Priestory veľké (okrem kúpeľne, tá bola menšia, ale čistá, tlak vody v sprche silný 👍 a postačovala), pohodlné, vybavenie tak akurát, pred varením sa treba pozrieť, čo všetko je k dispozícií, všetko ale fungovalo. Z terasy bolo vidieť krásne na more a okolie. V budove bolo ticho (to sa už nedalo povedať o susedoch na opačnej strane ulice). Takže veľká spokojnosť.

Mali sme asi smolu v tom, že sa hlavná cesta (ulica) aj vedľajšia cesta rekonštruovali, a v čase nášho pobytu ešte nebola cesta a ulica normálne priechodná, bol všade hlavne prach, kamene, sem tam väčší hluk ťažkej techniky. Bohužiaľ sa to nestihlo do sezóny a všetci návštevníci tejto oblasti mali tohoto plne zuby a predpokladám, že žiadny z majiteľov nenapísal alebo iným spôsobom neoznámil, že je tam takáto situácia.... Jedna vec ešte, pred nami asi mal niekto z ubytovaných psa, na vonkajších kreslach/čalúnení boli miestami chlpy, ale našťastie tam bol vysávač a vyriešili sme to.
