Location, quietness and definitely the price.

For the price paid the facilities were acceptable. The owners should improve the quality of the facilities, specifically toilet and bed mattress. Mosquitoes were an issue in the first night, but it was solved after a visit to the supermarket. No air conditioning, so the windows must stay open all day/night (summer season).

Everything was more than I expected.

It was a little bit hard to find where I check-in. When I called the land lady, she just pointed the apartment door. It was English communication problem maybe!!!

Super spaceious apartment, great terrace & balkony to have a cozy breakfast outside. Very friendly hosts, that reacted immediately after booking short notice approx. one hour prior to our arrival:) AC was working perfectly in all rooms and private parking was available right in front of the house. Thanks for the nice stay!

It was very comfortable and the location is great- you can reach the beach within a 5-minute walk, we even had a terrace, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment was very clean, the host was really great to us, I will surely come again :)

Location near to nice beach.

Bed was comfy but mattress was just 2 mattress toppers so didn't feel great. Outdoor seating area/bbq area wasn't as inviting/usable as appeared on photos, mosquitos were pretty bad in this area too.

A night in grannys basement

Location, but there were many, many more apartments to chose from.

It was like living in a grandmas basement. Rooms were dark, dusty and it was faaaaar from cozy. Rooms had no carpets so it echoed, like we were living in someones apartmentbuildings stairhall. No blanket, just a sheet and a day bed cover. Owner doesent speak any english. There was loud conversation and banging all through the night. Only decorative curtains in the rooms, so no privacy and the parking....tight and hard to park. There were 2 cars parked BTW. The quality and price were not in balance. Plus we had to pay extra for the dog, in cash, on site.Location was good, but thats about it. Take our word for it-you will find a much better apartment for that amout of money.

Apartment is clean and cozy. It’s also very close to the sea.

Wifi wasn’t working, there were only 3 parking spots for 6 or 7 apartments (although the owner promised free parking), air conditioning wasn’t working and the owner doesn’t speak any foreign language.

The area was nice and it had all kitchen tools.

The apartment was not clean - dirty windows, furniture, mirrors, walls. The flat itself is quite run down - moving door handles, chairs, broken window blinds etc. Also the parfume sprayed on bed blankets was too strong. The trashcan was not emptied.

Nice one-night-stay at Zadar near the Yacht club

The apartment is very good located: it's 7 minutes walk from the sea with the yacht club and 10 minutes from the beach. Also an advantage is that it's quiet. We liked the interior: everything was very new and clean. The apartment has all that you need , facilities, bed wash, dishes are modern and new. We came with small dogs and found everything very convenient. I would surely choose it for a next stay.

If you plan to stay for more than a night or two, the thing that the apartment has few windows is a little bit depressing. The windows go to an inner yard which makes it difficult to feel quite privat during a day. A big disadvantage for us was also a lack of wi-fi.

Kľúč bol vo vchodových dverách, lebo pani domáca býva na poschodí, takže pohodlná odovzdávka, pani je veľmi milá, nevtieravá. Lokalita apartmánu bola vynikajúca, kúsok od marketu, autobusovej zastávky aj pláže. Apartmán veľký, priestranný.

Zvlášť sme si dávali pozor aby sme nerezervovali apartmán na prízemí, pretože tie sú často zatuchnuté, tmavé ale žiaľ, dostali sme práve apartmán, ktorý je dokonca mierne pod úrovňou cesty. Podľa booking informácií tam mali byť aj sieťky na oknách, ale neboli ani na jednom okne, za prvú noc sme mali len v spálni 6 komárov, posteľ určite nepatrí do kategórie extra veľká, čo bolo tiež zavádzajúce, takisto ako zvuková izolácia.
