The luxurious Villa Katarina is located in Zadar, a city that has been an excellent tourist attraction and destination for many years, and is a favorite destination for both domestic and foreign guests. Villa Katarina is fully air-conditioned and offers you 110 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 500 m2. It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with a TV, each of which contains a double bed. An additional bed for two people will be served by a sofa bed in the living room. You can also use the bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine, dryer and iron will be of great use.
The beautifully decorated and modern kitchen is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table that has a direct view of the outdoor terrace. The living room will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a living room, TV and armchair. The most beautiful place in the entire property is certainly the beautiful terrace with a 32 m2 swimming pool, where you can enjoy the sea view. Next to the pool are sun loungers and a seating area with a coffee table. Also, on the outdoor terrace there is a dining table with a barbecue next to it. You can try out your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.
