Superb location with views over the river. Host extremely helpful on arrival and very welcoming.

Location is superb, stunning views and a very comfortable apartment. 2nd floor so river watching was hypnotic. There is a direct lift from the car park to the apartment floor. Would definitely stay here again. The car park is tight, we had a Mazda Cx5 and parked ok, but lots of other spaces empty so we had room to swing etc
Only one set of keys, and as the fob is required to access the car park and secure gated pedestrian entrance it was not easy to split up and do things separately. Also on check out the process is a little laborious as you have to exit the car park, there is no parking around to easily leave the car, then go back up to the apartment to return the key. Not a game changer, but different to other check out processes we have experienced.

There’s always something to notice from the windows, from early morning rowers, to river boaters, geese, dog walkers, even a few bats at night. The location is excellent, everything we wanted was in easy reach, and the lift made things easy with a wheelchair. The friendly welcome by the key bearers - and the tea, milk, and wine - after our long train journey, was greatly appreciated.

Location and amazing views over the river great
A great apartment let down by the fact it was NOT clean. Windows, floors where dirty and for a 5 night break off just under £1000 this was not acceptable!!!!
