Location, staff, general vibe
The residents bar closed at 12 which seemed early?! Our TV wouldn't work on the 7th floor! Seemed like a signal issue!

We needed a centralised location due to 3 different events on each day in different areas of London. In this respect the hotel was perfect.
We booked an executive room, which was nice and large but very strangely had only one tiny window. This became more off putting each time we went back to the room
