Great hotel , not a five star
Light system in room too complicated to understand . Bathroom has very small surface around the sink , could use extra hangers in bathroom and room .

We needed a centralised location due to 3 different events on each day in different areas of London. In this respect the hotel was perfect.
We booked an executive room, which was nice and large but very strangely had only one tiny window. This became more off putting each time we went back to the room
