    We stayed for one night as a Birthday treat. We had our room upgraded even though we hadn’t mentioned this - the hotel was obviously just quiet but I really appreciate when a hotel does this rather than religiously sticking to what you booked - it instantly makes a good impression! Although the hotel is in the middle of Soho our room was quiet and absolutely gorgeous. It’s like stepping out of real life for a bit and was just what we needed. Staff were kind and calm. Loved having breakfast in our room. 12pm check-out very much appreciated. And I thought it was great value for money considering London hotel prices. We will be back!

    Lovely stay as ever. Quirky shower plumbing inevitably ends in a flooded bathroom. And the lack of a breakfast room (not just a tray in your room) is a shame. But otherwise the hotel is unique and very welcoming.
