Excellent location, you can’t go wrong with the area if you are in London to see the sights.
Very comfortable bed and huge hotel room. My room on the third floor and was very quiet.
I may not be hip enough for the hotel, but could do without the techno tunes in the lobby. It’s definitely not a relaxed vibe when you walk in. The decor is very modern, but on the sterile side. I found the room bland and lacking in personality.
It was a bit hit and miss with the staff. Some very friendly and helpful, others not so much.
I would skip breakfast here. The staff couldn’t cope, despite not being full.
Overall for the price, I was disappointed.
