Reception staff appeared bored Tried to separate used and unused towels but cleaning staff folded them up together so not very environmentally friendly Glasses and plates for cold food at breakfast were hot and plates for hot food were cold-this was consistent over 3 mornings Bathroom in need of some refurbishment

The location is excellent.
Our room smelt really badly of drains. (Despite being an upgraded room). A very unpleasant smell that got worse if you ran a tap and it was impossible to open a window to get rid of it. We were only there for a few hours so we put up with it but we would not have stayed longer without demanding to be moved.
