A very nice 2 bedroom unit in a great part of London very close to SoHo. The only tough part was that there was no elevator and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the unit. The staff was very respectful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife, children and I stayed here and were very happy with our accommodations, the location, and the wonderful staff.
Underground transportation was just a few streets away and can take you anywhere in the City quickly. A busy taxi corner is on the nearest corner and can do the same.
Numerous food choices were right outside our front door and so many more as you walked out further.
The SoHo and Covent Garden neighborhoods are all within walking distance with much to see and do.
The apartment was spacious with a big wall of windows looking out to Maddox Street and really clean with daily upkeep by energetic staff and plenty of towels. The AC was potent and enough to keep the entire flat nice and cool. A working kitchen and specialty soaps and shampoos were terrific added surprises.
Best of all were the staff (especially V.) who were gracious, hospitable, and happy to help-out jet lagged Americans with two younger children. One can't really amplify this enough when traveling to a foreign country because it enhances the time you are there.
It's not easy finding a place that works on so many levels and we look forward to coming back again.
Drawback? No elevator for the 4 floors. But no problem, the staff will carry up the luggage for you if you need.
